Superiority
With good heat stability and low volatility under high temperature, good internal lubricantion property and fluidity; PETS-3 can be used as high effective lubricant and auxiliary heat stabilizer to replace the traditional lubricants (e.g. PE wax,Pentaerythritol) for compounding of composite calcium-zinc stabilizers which will be applicable in PVC fields. Dosage：9-11 phr
In additional, we recommend PETS-3 to be used in the compounding of PA6,PA66 to replace the traditional lubricants (PE wax or EBS),it will mix the main resin with the adding agent more uniformly without defect spot occurred,Besides this,it also show easier demoulding of the made-up articles from the Molds, can notably lower the surface tension with the resins and improve the plasticization.

Description: Pentaerythritol tristearate(PETS-3) can dissolve in solvents, for example ethanol and benzene. Commercial product usually is white solid wax in flake or powder form with high melting point.
